民营企业在过去20多年的经济发展过程中,已经扮演了很重要的“中国经济发展的推动者、主力军”的角色。在未来新的发展阶段中,民营企业要面对进一步发展所产生的、以往从来没有遇到过的、必须要解决的新问题。在面临的众多挑战之中,最为突出的是我国民营企业的技术创新能力与国际上企业的巨大差距,而技术创新能力的落后,直接根源于我国民营企业制度创新不能和现在的市场对接。因此,为了加快我国民营企业的发展,就必须加强我国民营企业的技术创新能力,而其中制度创新则是技术创新的路径依赖。
In the course of economic development over the past two decades or so, privately-owned enterprises have played a very important role as “promoters and main force in China’s economic development.” In the new stage of development in the future, private-owned enterprises will have to face new problems that have never been met before and must be solved if they are to be further developed. Among the many challenges faced, the most prominent is the huge gap between the technological innovation capability of private enterprises in China and the international ones. The backwardness of technological innovation is directly rooted in the fact that the innovation of the system of private enterprises in our country can not be matched with the present market. Therefore, in order to speed up the development of private-owned enterprises in our country, we must strengthen the technological innovation capability of private-owned enterprises in our country, of which institutional innovation is the path-dependent of technological innovation.
