针对钢丝绳这一影响因素容易在力矩限制器取力装置的设计过程中被忽视,而导致起重机作业时钢丝绳发生经常性损伤的问题,分析如何在力矩限制器结构设计中考虑钢丝绳因素,保证设计方案能最大限度地满足钢丝绳的安全使用要求。研究钢丝绳通过该装置时的动力学特性,揭示钢丝绳由损伤导致失效的发展过程,以及设计缺欠如何导致钢丝绳寿命缩短的深层机理。总结力矩限制器取力滑轮串入钢丝绳系统的优化设计原理,并针对某港口门座起重机在实际应用中存在的一项设计缺欠,提出改进方案。经过实际检验,改进方案的有效性得到证明。
The influence factors of wire ropes are easily neglected in the design process of the torque limiter power take-off device, which leads to the frequent damage to the ropes during the operation of the crane, and analyzes how to consider the wire rope factors in the design of the torque limiter to ensure the design scheme To maximize the safety of wire rope to meet the requirements. The dynamic characteristics of the wire rope passing through the device are studied to reveal the development of wire rope failure caused by damage and the deep mechanism of how the design deficiency shortens the life of the wire rope. In this paper, the principle of optimal design of the torque limiter power take-off sheave-in-wire rope system is summarized. Aiming at the design deficiency of a harbor-portal crane in practical application, an improvement plan is proposed. After the actual test, to improve the effectiveness of the program has been proved.
