利用薄层扫描法测定了乌鸡白凤丸中丹参酮的含量。回收率5次测定的均值为99.7％,变异系数0.99％。测定了4份样品的含量,变异系数均在2.80％以下。本法具有快速、简便、灵敏、重现性好的特点。
The content of tanshinone in Wujibaifeng Pills was determined by TLC scanning. The average recovery rate for the five determinations was 99.7% with a variation coefficient of 0.99%. The content of 4 samples was measured and the coefficient of variation was below 2.80%. This method is fast, simple, sensitive and reproducible.
