辽宁大连市总工会办公室李诗洋报道今年以来,大连市总工会积极开展以非公企业为重点的企业矛盾纠纷排查化解工作,采取有力措施,推动矛盾纠纷及时纳入市党政排查视线、超前化解在企业内部,有效避免了矛盾纠纷升级和上行。截至目前,全市各级工会组织共排查出企业劳资矛盾纠纷、苗头隐患1,873起,涉及职工12.5万余人,主动化解或协同党政参与化解1,873件。其中,向市联席会议办公室报告重大不稳定群体性事件9起,涉及人数1,152人。一是加强领导,为有效开展非公企业矛盾纠纷排查化
