线材高速轧机润滑系统进水是一个普遍性的问题 ,就润滑系统大量进水之后产生对润滑油质与传动设备运转带来的影响作了深入系统的理论分析与实验研究 ,同时就此引起的滚动轴承失效特征与形式进行了探讨 ,最后对如何在润滑系统大量进水之后通过状态诊断来判断轴承运行状态进行了研究。目的在于通过轴承振动诊断方法与油液极压性能分析相结合 ,来确定润滑油大量进水后高速线材轧机的运转状态与润滑油质间的关联 ,这对于实际生产与设备维护起着指导性意义
