对20钢进行了:(1)改变铁素体形状及分布的正火、回火处理;(2)获得伪共析组织的水韧化处理,包括一次处理和重复处理;(3)获得须状回火低碳索氏体的盐水韧化处理,包括一次处理和重复处理三种处理方法的试验。指出:20钢经韧化处理后,低温性能大大提高,可以代替09Mn2V、09MnTiCuRe、06MnNb及含Ni3.5%的低温钢,而且可以部分地代替18-8型不锈钢。该项研究成果已用于制造在-50℃工作的零件,运转了5~7年,性能良好。
20 steel was carried out: (1) normalizing and tempering to change ferrite shape and distribution; (2) obtaining water toughening treatment of pseudo-eutectoid structure including primary treatment and repeated treatment; (3) Tempering low-carbon sorbitol salt toughening treatment, including a treatment and repeated treatment of three treatment methods of the test. It is pointed out that the low temperature performance of 20 steel is greatly improved after toughening, which can replace 09Mn2V, 09MnTiCuRe, 06MnNb and Ni3.5% low temperature steel, and can partially replace 18-8 stainless steel. The research results have been used to manufacture parts working at -50 ℃, running for 5 to 7 years, good performance.
