该文报告一种经耻骨联合上方正中一个横切口同时探查双侧精索静脉的手术新方法,发现临床诊断单侧精索静脉曲张患者,均伴有对测精索静脉曲张;并与传统的经腹膜后精索内静脉高位结扎术进行临床疗效的对比研究。认为该新方法手术简单安全,并发症少,临床疗效显著。还可同时利用一个手术切除、探查双侧精索及作双侧曲张精索静脉结扎术,对亚临床型精索静脉曲张患者不会漏扎,对提高恢复男性不育患者的生育能力可能有较大的帮助。
