目的:评价泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2014年8月-2016年5月我院收治的胃溃疡患者152例进行分组研究,按照不同治疗方法分为参照组和研究组,各76例,参照组单纯予以枸橼酸铋钾治疗,研究组予以泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果:研究组病灶消失时间、症状消失时间及用药时间均明显短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,其不良反应发生率低于参照组,2组间显著性差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗胃溃疡效果确切,可显著降低不良反应发生率,缩短治疗时间,值得临床借鉴和大力推广。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Conclusion: Pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate in the treatment of gastric ulcer has the exact effect, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and shorten the treatment time, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
