AGS是由矿渣、熟料、石膏、少量激活剂磨制而成的一种新型粒料土稳定结合料。其凝结时间长、抗折强度高 ,具有微膨胀性。本文对 AGS稳定粒料土性能进行了研究 ,结果表明 :用 AGS稳定粒料土强度比 42 5 #水泥高 2 0 % ,并且其劈裂抗拉强度、CBR值和抗裂性均优于 42 5 #水泥稳定体的相应指标 ,与 42 5 #水泥相比 ,达到同等强度可节约用量 2 0 %。 AGS稳定粒料土的延迟成型时间可长达 8~ 1 2 h。
AGS is a new type of pelletized soil stabilized binder made from slag, clinker, gypsum, and a small amount of activator. It has a long setting time, high flexural strength and slight expansion. In this paper, the properties of AGS stabilized granular soils were studied. The results showed that the strength of granular aggregates stabilized by AGS was 20% higher than that of 42 5# cement, and its splitting tensile strength, CBR value and crack resistance were better than 42. The corresponding index of 5 # cement stabilizing body, compared with 42 5 # cement, achieves the same intensity and can save 20% of the consumption. The delayed molding time of AGS stabilized pellets can be as long as 8 to 12 hours.
