当地良种1138—2,南农4193—1和美国品种hayne、SRF 400、Clark 63、Williams间F_1、F_3的杂种优势及配合力分析。(1)杂种优势表现在主茎节数所致的营养生长优势,从而荚/株、粒/株的优势,其综合表现为单株粒重及小区产量的优势。产量的自交衰退明显,而荚/株、粒/株衰退幅度较小。(2)F_1、F_3表现大多数性状的gca变异均占绝对优势,几乎没有显著sca变异。产量,单株粒重、荚/株、粒/株的gcaEMS%比文献中的高。配合力分析结果因供试材料而异。同美国品种在长江下游杂种优势利用及品种改良中有其实际意义。
Analysis of Heterosis and Combining Ability of F_1 and F_3 Between Local Breed 1138-2, Nannong 4193-1 and American Breeds hayne, SRF 400, Clark 63 and Williams. (1) Heterosis is manifested in the advantage of vegetative growth due to the number of main stems, and thus the advantages of pods / plant, grain / plant, which comprehensively shows the advantages of grain weight per plant and yield of plot. The yield of self-fertility declined significantly, while the pod / plant, grain / plant declined less. (2) The gca variation of F_1 and F_3 in most traits accounted for absolute superiority with almost no significant sca variation. Yield, grain weight per plant, pg / plant, grain / plant gcaEMS% higher than the literature. The results of combining ability vary with the materials tested. It is of practical significance to use the American varieties in the heterosis utilization and variety improvement in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
