目的:观察脉络宁联合西比灵治疗前庭性眩晕的效果。方法:将66例眩晕患者(包括椎—基底动脉供血不足和耳源性眩晕)随机分为两组,治疗组34例,用脉络宁加西比灵治疗:对照组32例,用维生素类加西比灵治疗。结果:治疗组总治愈率达97%,一周内控制症状达91%,特别对耳源性眩晕达100%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用中西医结合方法脉络宁联合西比灵治疗眩晕见效快,副作用少,值得在基层推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of Mailuoning combined with xipingling on the treatment of vestibular vertigo. Methods: 66 cases of vertigo (including vertebrobasilar insufficiency and otogenic vertigo) were randomly divided into two groups. 34 cases in the treatment group were treated with Mailuoning plus Sibelium: 32 cases in control group, Spirit treatment. Results: The total cure rate was 97% in the treatment group, and the control symptom in one week was 91%, especially 100% for the otogenic vertigo, which was obviously better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine Mailuoning combined with xidilin treatment of vertigo quick, less side effects, it is worth promoting at the grassroots level.
