在集中控制的机械化砂处理系统中,配料定量装置的可靠性和准确性对型(芯)砂的质量有直接影响。过去我们曾使用过容积式粘土定量器,其缺点有三条:1.不能任意改变定量,每次的实际重量因松散程度不同而不同;2.定量器里搭拱现象发现不了、计量不准确;3.密封问题解决不了。当严重搭拱塌陷时,形成的冲击气流会把大量粘土喷出来。有时会把贮存斗里粘土全放空,飞扬到厂房内,严重污染环境。我们设计制造的这种简易粘土
In centrally controlled mechanized sand treatment systems, the reliability and accuracy of the dosing unit has a direct impact on the quality of the sand (type) sand.
