用器官培养结合扫描电镜方法观察成年小鼠耳蜗体外培养后毛细胞表面结构的变化。结果发现:培养1h后毛细胞表面纤毛排列整齐;3h后出现纤毛倒伏、融合;6h后出现严重结构变化,纤毛破坏消失。结果表明:小鼠离体耳蜗作实验对象以3h内为宜。
Organ culture and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the changes of hair cell surface structure in adult mouse cochlea after in vitro culture. The results showed that the cilia on hair cell surface arranged neatly after cultured for 1h, and the cilia lodging and fusion occurred after 3h, and serious structural changes occurred 6h later, and the destruction of cilia disappeared. The results show that: the mouse cochlear in vitro experimental subjects within 3h is appropriate.
