为探讨化疗对日本血吸虫 31/ 32 k Da抗体的影响 ,应用纯化日本血吸虫 31/ 32 k Da抗原 (Sj31/ 32 )和可溶性虫卵抗原 (SEA)对 94例经吡喹酮治疗后不同时期血吸虫病患者血清抗体进行检测。结果治疗后 3和 6个月血清31/ 32 k Da Ig G水平分别为 1.2 6± 0 .15和 0 .6 5± 0 .14(治疗前为 2 .0 3± 0 .2 0 ,P<0 .0 1) ,而 SEA Ig G水平则分别为 2 .87± 0 .19和 2 .30± 0 .2 0 (治疗前为 3.0 1± 0 .17,P>0 .0 5 )。各年龄组治疗前后血吸虫抗体水平均随治疗进展而降低 ,其中儿童和青少年 (3~ 2 0岁年龄组 ) Sj31/ 32 Ig G水平下降最快 ,治疗后 6个月时几乎接近正常值。治疗前Sj31/ 32 Ig G与 SEA Ig G水平之间高度相关 (r=0 .90 ) ,治疗后 3和 6个月两者之间的相关程度降低 (r分别为 0 .30和 0 .40 )。结果表明 ,吡喹酮治疗后患者血清中 Sj31/ 32 Ig G下降较快 ,Sj31/ 32 Ig G似可作为一种短期抗体用于疗效考核
To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on 31/32 k Da antibody against Schistosoma japonicum, schistosoma japonicum (Schistosoma japonicum) was isolated from 94 patients with praziquantel treated with 31/32 kDa antigen (Sj31 / 32) and soluble egg antigen (SEA) Patients with serum antibody testing. Results Serum 31/32 kDa Ig G levels at 3 and 6 months after treatment were 1.2 6 ± 0.15 and 0.56 ± 0.14 (2.30 ± 0.20, P < 0. 01), while SEA Ig G levels were 2.87 ± 0.19 and 2.30 ± 0.20 (3.01 ± 0.17 before treatment, P> 0.05). The levels of antibody against schistosomae before and after treatment in all age groups decreased with the progress of treatment. The levels of Sj31 / 32 Ig G in children and adolescents (3 ~ 20 years old group) decreased the fastest, and almost reached the normal level at 6 months after treatment. There was a high degree of correlation between Sj31 / 32 Ig G and SEA Ig G levels (r = 0.90) before treatment, and between the 3 and 6 months after treatment (r = 0.30 and 0.40, respectively ). The results showed that the serum Sj31 / 32 Ig G decreased rapidly after praziquantel treatment, and Sj31 / 32 Ig G could be used as a short-term antibody in curative effect evaluation
