本刊1962年第8期刊载了“尺寸鼓式程序控制机床自动加工的精度分析与试验探讨”一文(以下简称原文)。文中详细分析了产生误差的各种因素,并通过试验数据作了验证,这对今后提高这种简易程序控制机床的加工精度将起到一定的作用。根据我们试验这种简易程序控制车床的体会,认为在自动加工中所产生的误差,也可以简单地分为固定误差和可变误差两部分。固定误差可以通过对尺寸鼓的调整加以补偿,而可变误差就影响到加工零件的精度。产生可变误差的主要因素,综合起来可以有下列三方面:(1)微动开关动作时,撞击微动开关的挡块位置的变动。对于横向说来,由于s=0.05毫米/转,所能引起的误差是很有限的。
The magazine in 1962 eighth issue published a “size drum program control machine automatic machining accuracy analysis and test” one article (hereinafter referred to as the original). In this paper, the various factors that produce errors are analyzed in detail, and verified by the test data, which will play a certain role in improving the machining accuracy of this simple program control machine tool in the future. According to our experience of this simple process control lathe, that the error generated in the automatic processing, can also be simply divided into fixed error and variable error in two parts. Fixed errors can be compensated by adjusting the size of the drum, and variable errors affect the accuracy of the machined part. The main factors that produce variable error, can be summed up in the following three aspects: (1) microswitch action, the impact micro switch position changes. For horizontal, the error that can be caused is very limited due to s = 0.05 mm / rev.
