政府令第223号《宁波市人民政府关于废止部分政府规章的决定》已经2015年12月30日市人民政府第72次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自公布之日起施行。2016年1月7日为了适应加快建设法治政府、全面推进依法行政的要求,维护社会主义法制统一,宁波市人民政府决定废止下列政府规章:一、宁波市旅游业管理办法(1998年9月12日市人民政府令第71号发布)二、宁波市饮用水源保护和污染防治办法(2001年5月10日市人民政府令第91号发布)

Measures for the Protection and Control of Drinking Water Sources in Ningbo City (Issued by the People’s Government No. 91 of May 10, 2001)
