江西省水利学会规划学组,于11月24日至30日在贵溪县召开了一九八二年年会和第四次学术讨论会。着重对水利经济、环境水利两课题进行了文件学习,学术交流和大会讨论。参加会议的有省水利学会规划学组成员、各地(市)水利学会、省学会水工学组、水文学组、江西工学院、省水电学校、省水科所、省水利厅科技情接站和奉新县、贵溪县水电局等单位的代表共38人。省水利学会付理事长、省水利规划设计院付院长涂传桂,中国水利学会环境水利研究会理事、省水利科研所付所长杨懋杰,省水利学会常务理事、上饶地区水电处付处长赵作民和贵溪县政府领导同志出席丁会议,并在会上讲了话。
