一、产品结构分析法的特点产品结构分析法(Produkt-Por(?)folio Analyse)的基本原理就是将金融管理中的有价证券投资组合理论(指根据预期收益、预期生息和预期风险将有价证券组合)运用于生产计划领域。它的产生是基于下述想法,即一个生产性企业或服务性企业的产品品种也可组成象有价证券那样的组合,这个企业拥有的市场支配力的大小也是按一定标准来评价的。这一基本原理的创始人将他们的注意力集中于两种评价标准:销售增长率和市场占有率。
1. The characteristics of the product structure analysis method The basic principle of the product structure analysis method (Produkt-Por(foo) Analyse) is to use the theory of portfolio investment in financial management (refer to the expected return, expected interest, and expected risk. Price portfolio is used in the production planning area. It is based on the idea that a product of a production or service company can also be composed of portfolios such as securities, and the size of market power possessed by this company is also evaluated according to certain criteria. The founders of this basic principle focused their attention on two evaluation criteria: sales growth rate and market share.
