目的:探讨乳酸杆菌对小鼠巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:采用免疫电镜,放射免疫及ELISA法,分别观察小鼠巨噬细胞的RME(受体介导内吞)、体内外细胞毒作用及TNF活性情况。结果:实验组小鼠巨噬细胞RME明显增强,巨噬细胞体内外毒性明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:乳酸杆菌对小鼠巨噬细胞的免疫功能具有增强的调节作用,可提高巨噬细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus on immune function of mouse macrophages. Methods: Immunocytochemistry, radioimmunoassay and ELISA were used to observe the RME (receptor-mediated endocytosis), cytotoxicity and TNF activity in mouse macrophages. Results: The RME of macrophages in experimental group was significantly increased and the cytotoxicity of macrophages in vitro and in vivo was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Lactobacillus can enhance the immune function of mouse macrophages and enhance the killing effect of macrophages on tumor cells.
