JSC—520机车柴油机振动烈度仪,已由铁道部科学研究院机车车辆研究所、继续教育中心与郑州机务段合作研制成功,并通过了由铁道部科学研究院组织的技术鉴定。该烈度仪是通过对机车柴油机三向振动波形的采样,经分析处理得出其烈度值的智能化测量仪表;在设计上采用了16位Inte180C196单片机,内置式电荷放大器,程控放大,数字积分,16键触摸键盘,5位LED显示器,自动关机,电池低压指示等技术。 该烈度仪外型与一般便携式数字万用表类似
