目的 研究小鼠胚泡着床前后子宫内膜细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM1)在转录水平的表达变化。方法 小鼠雌雄合笼后建立小鼠早孕模型,用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RTPCR),测定ICAM1mRNA的表达。结果 小鼠正常动情期子宫内膜有一定ICAM1mRNA的表达,着床前后其表达显著升高,并在着床前一天即孕3d达到高峰,着床后逐渐出现下降趋势。结论 ICAM1在胚泡着床前后明显上调,和胚泡着床密切相关。
Objective To study the changes in the expression of ICAM1 at the transcriptional level before and after implantation of mouse blastocysts. Methods Mice were mated with male and female mice to establish the model of early pregnancy. The expression of ICAM1 mRNA was determined by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). Results The expression of ICAM1 mRNA in endometrium of normal estrus mice was significantly increased. The expression of ICAM1 mRNA was significantly increased before and after implantation, and peaked on the third day before implantation, and then decreased gradually after implantation. Conclusion ICAM1 was significantly up-regulated before and after implantation of blastocysts, which is closely related to implantation of blastocysts.
