三峡工程建设的主要目的是防洪。早在孙中山提出三峡工程建设之前,明人陈瑞已经在三峡上建二十座防洪石坝。陈瑞建坝思想源于“维土(牛)制水”。早在前蜀约一千多年前,前蜀人就曾在三峡建有类似军事石坝。即今天三峡工程至少具有千年的建坝历史文化积淀,对今天重新看待三峡工程具有十分重要的参照意义。
The main purpose of the Three Gorges Project is flood control. As early as Sun Yat-sen before the construction of the Three Gorges Project, Ming Chen Rui has built twenty flood dam on the Three Gorges. Chen Rui dam idea originated from “Vital (cattle) water ”. As early as about a thousand years ago in the former Shu, the former Shu people once built a similar military dam in the Three Gorges. That is, today the Three Gorges Project has at least a thousand years of historical and cultural accumulation of dam construction and is of great significance to the re-viewing of the Three Gorges Project today.
