本刊讯1月14日,上海市教委、市文明办、团市委、市校外联联合发布了《关于加强上海市普通高中学生志愿服务(公益劳动)管理工作的实施意见(试行)》(简称《实施意见》),这是高考综合改革方案实施的重要组成部分,也是配套上海普通高中学生综合素质评价实施办法的重要规范性文件之一。自2015年4月底以来,上海市教委会同各有关单位认真细化普通高中学生综合素质评价实施的有关具体要求,搭建学生社会实践信息记录电子平台,积极推进高中学生志愿服务工作。截至2015年12月31日,256所高中全部在电子平台注册,已参加志愿服务
On January 14, Shanghai Education Commission and Municipal Civilization Office, the Communist Youth League and the Municipal School of Outreach jointly released the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Volunteer Services (Public Welfare) in Regular Senior High Schools in Shanghai (Trial Version) “Implementation Opinions”), which is an important part of the implementation of the comprehensive reform plan of the college entrance examination and one of the important normative documents supporting the implementation of the comprehensive quality assessment of ordinary senior middle school students in Shanghai. Since the end of April 2015, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission has conscientiously refined the relevant specific requirements of the implementation of the general high school students 'comprehensive qualifications, established an electronic platform for students' social practice information records and actively promoted volunteer service for high school students. As of December 31, 2015, 256 high schools were all registered on the electronic platform and have participated in voluntary services
