按照《教育部国家体育总局关于进一步加强普通高等学校高水平运动队建设的意见》(教体艺[2005]3号)和《教育部关于开展普通高等学校高水平运动队建设评估工作的通知》(教体艺[2005]5号)精神,我部成立了2005年全国普通高校高水平运动队建设评估专家委员会,对各地报送高水平运动队建设学校的材料进行了综合评估。现将综合评估的结果与有关要求通知如下:
In accordance with the “Ministry of Education General Administration of Sport on further strengthening the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities opinion” (to teach the Arts [2005] No. 3) and the “Ministry of Education on Carrying out the evaluation of the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities notice” (Teaching Arts [2005] No. 5), the Ministry of Education established the 2005 National High-level Sports Teams Construction Evaluation Expert Committee of colleges and universities to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the materials submitted to the high-level sports teams for construction of schools throughout the country. The results of the comprehensive assessment and the related requirements are hereby notified as follows:
