浙江省温州市作为中国民营经济的先发地区与改革开放的前沿阵地,鞋革、塑料、化工等现代制造业尤为发达。近年来,温州市在安全监管及执法等方面持续加大力度,虽然安全生产领域各类违法行为得到了一定程度的遏制,但从事违法生产、经营、建设活动的问题仍然十分突出,由此引发的事故时有发生,给人民群众生命财产安全造成严重危害,许多涉案当事人在事故后受到刑事责任追究。
Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province As the starting area for China’s private economy and the forefront of reform and opening up, modern manufacturing industries such as footwear, plastics and chemicals are particularly well-developed. In recent years, Wenzhou Municipality has continued to intensify its efforts in safety supervision and law enforcement. Although all kinds of illegal activities in the field of production safety have been checked to a certain degree, the problems of engaging in illegal production, operation and construction activities are still outstanding. As a result, Accidents have caused serious harm to people’s lives and property safety. Many involved parties are investigated for criminal responsibility after the accident.
