小流域的平均年土壤侵蚀量是水土流失地区打坝淤地、水库设计、水土保持规划的重要依据之一,也是估算水土保持效益的重要指标。目前,美国、苏联、日本等国均有予报土壤侵蚀量、估算水土保持措施效益的经验公式。我们在工作中常用的确定土壤侵蚀量的方法是查阅各地区水文手册中的侵蚀模数。由于该侵蚀模数是根据河流中输沙量资料推算的,用于小流域的泥沙估算,一般偏小,且不能准确地反映小流域地形、地貌、土壤、植被、人类经营活动
The average annual amount of soil erosion in small watershed is one of the important bases for dam dikes, reservoirs design and soil and water conservation planning in soil and water loss areas, and an important index for evaluating the benefits of soil and water conservation. At present, the United States, the Soviet Union and Japan all have empirical formulas for reporting soil erosion and estimating the benefits of soil and water conservation measures. The common method we use in our work to determine the amount of soil erosion is to look at the modulus of erosion in each regional hydrological handbook. Because the erosion modulus is deduced from the sediment discharge data of the river, the sediment estimation for the small watershed is generally small and can not accurately reflect the topography, topography, soil, vegetation and human activities in the small watershed
