本文总结了30例异丙酚复合硬膜外麻醉在小儿手术中的应用,取得较满意的效果.1 资料与方法1.1一般资料:本组30例,男21例,女9例,年龄3～9岁,体重8～28kg.病种先天性髋关节脱位6例,尿道下裂5例,隐睾5例,股骨干骨折5例,疝气9例.手术时间30～240分.1.2 麻醉方法:术前30分钟肌注鲁米那钠2mg/kg,阿托品0.01mg/kg,不能配合硬膜外穿刺的小儿按4～6mg/kg肌注氯胺酮,入睡后进行硬膜外穿刺及开外周静脉,局麻药为1%利多卡因或0.25%布比卡因.同时微量注射泵2mg/kg/h异丙酚维持静脉麻醉至手术结束,术中面罩吸氧,常规监测心率、血压、氧饱和度.2 结果30例手术硬膜外麻醉效果满意,肌松、镇痛良好,患儿安静
