脑脉通是一个治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的中药复方,我们曾报道了脑脉通能改善狗脑血液循环,能扩张兔脑基底动脉和大鼠门静脉,并证明它具有非特异性的钙拮抗作用。脑脉通对缺血脑组织的乳酸、葡萄糖、前列环素(PGI_2)和血栓素(TXA_2)有没有影响,我们进行了实验研究,现报告如下。
