哲兹卡兹干为一大型的采矿冶金联合企业。所属地下矿山沿用房柱法开采缓倾斜矿体。自六十年代中期开始,先后在55、57和65号新矿井推广采用自行式无轨设备。七十年代初期,55号矿井采矿掌子工效达44吨/工班,沿用普通设备的矿井则仅为12～30吨/工班。本文着重论述了“东方”矿山57号矿井现行采矿工艺的存在问题,并围绕设备挖潜、提高劳动生产率,介绍了改革采矿工艺和作业组织,对区段房柱采矿法新方案进行试验的一些情况。 Zhezkaz dry as a large mining and metallurgical complex.
