潘××男31岁住院号10425右眼间歇性胀痛伴视物不清5个月。1983年10月31日住院。否认眼外伤史。全身检查正常。右眼视力1.5,轻度充血。虹膜根部8~(30)～10点有絮团状物,表面有少量血及渗出物。瞳孔呈横椭圆形,略向颞侧偏移。视盘边界清,C/D为0.7,可见动脉搏动,视盘血管偏鼻侧。房角为宽角,眼压51mmHg。左眼视力1.2,眼压21mmHg。印象为右眼虹膜团球状结核,继发性青光眼。为了除外球内异物的可能,摄X光片无异常。胸透心肺正常。血沉2mm/1hr。抗结核治疗1个月
