随着我国经济社会的不断发展,人们的生活水平有了显著提高,人们对居住条件的要求也在不断提升。建筑行业作为我国经济建设的重点,一直受到人们的关注。近几年,建筑安全的事故的发生率有上升的趋势,因其直接影响人们的生命财产安全而日益受到各方关切。文章在分析了质量安全监督管理工作存在的问题的基础上,进一步提出了解决的措施,希望为建筑质量监督管理工作献计献策。 With the continuous development of economy and society in our country, people’s living standard has been significantly improved, and people’s requirements for living conditions are also constantly improving. As the focus of China’s economic construction, the construction industry has always been the focus of attention. In recent years, the incidence of building safety accidents has risen. Because of their direct impact on people’s lives and property, the incidence of accidents is receiving increasing attention from all parties. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the supervision of quality and safety, the article further proposes the measures to be solved and hopes to offer advice and suggestions for the supervision and management of construction quality.
