我国职业学校是高等院校教育的重要补充对象,是培养社会专业人才的摇篮,学校教学质量是社会各界关注的关键。职业学校的教学质量不仅有赖于其课堂教学效率,而且还和班主任老师与家长以及科任教师的沟通有着十分紧密的联系。科学有效的交流和沟通,能在班主任与家长之间建立联系,让家长了解孩子的学习状况,在课下推动学生积极学习。而班主任与科任教师的沟通,则可以帮助班主任掌握学生各科的学习动态,从而更好的改进教学方法,实现高质量教学。本文就以我们职业院校班主任教师的沟通交流工作为基础,简单谈谈如何加强其与家长、科任教师的积极沟通,更好的了解学生的学习状况,促进学生更好的发展。 Vocational schools in our country are the important supplementary objects of higher education and the cradle of training social professionals. The quality of teaching in schools is the key point of all walks of life. The quality of teaching in vocational schools depends not only on the efficiency of classroom teaching, but also on the communication between teachers and parents and teachers. Scientifically effective communication and communication can establish a relationship between the head teacher and parents so that parents can understand their children’s learning status and promote students’ active learning under the class. However, the communication between the teacher in charge and the teacher in the department can help the teacher in charge to master the learning dynamics of each subject of the students so as to better improve the teaching methods and achieve high-quality teaching. This article is based on the communicative work of class teachers in our vocational colleges. We will briefly talk about how to strengthen the positive communication with parents and teachers, better understand the students ’learning situation and promote the students’ better development.
