在某些工矿企业中,放空消声器虽然达到了消声的目的;但由于放空气中夹带的油污,酸碱性雾滴以及腐蚀介质、经放空后仍然污染环境.这种污染的面积与放空气介质压力成比例.我厂4M-8型氢氮气压缩机放空就属这类情况,当压缩机停止工作时,机内各段压缩气体需排空处理,当压力骤降(由320kg/cm~2降为常压)流速增大,气体中夹带大量油雾、水雾,当放空量达1800(米~3/时)时放空管周围30(米~2)地面建筑受到污染,其危害性很大.为了解决噪声油污对环境的污染,我们在81年设计制造了除雾放空消声器,通过一年多的实践证明:该消声器
