现行教育实践中,普遍存在着“教师教学生听”、“教师问学生答”、“学生练教师评”等,这样的被动教学局面。课堂教学归于沉寂,课堂教学活动不能把学生置身于实际生活情境中,学生学习积极性得不到真正激发。教师往往一块黑板加一支粉笔,讲一节课。结果教师讲得口干舌燥,学生听得昏昏欲睡。这样的课堂,教学效果可想而知。出现这样的状况,其核心问题之一就是教师未能彻底转变教学观念,还延续着以往应试教育的传统,课堂上以学者自居,课堂上缺少有效的师生互动。其实真正的课堂教学活动是教师与学生之间互相作用的交往过程,素质教育的实施和创新人才的培养都离不开这一过程。特别是语文的课堂教学中,互动有着丰富的内容和重要的作用。因此,我们应该从我们教师自身做起,改变以往“一言堂”、“满堂灌”的单向教学方法,加强教学活动中的师生互动,其实提高语文课堂的教学效率。
In the current practice of education, there is a common situation of passive teaching such as listening to teachers, answering questions from teachers and students evaluating teachers. Classroom teaching attributed to silence, classroom teaching activities can not be placed in the actual life situation of students, students can not get the real motivation to stimulate learning. Teachers often add a piece of chalk on a blackboard and tell a lesson. As a result, the teacher spoke dry mouth and the students heard drowsiness. Such a classroom, teaching effect can be imagined. In such a situation, one of the core problems is that teachers fail to completely change their teaching concepts. They also continue the tradition of exam-oriented education in the past, regard scholars as their own in class, and lack effective interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. In fact, the real classroom teaching activities are the interaction process between teachers and students. The implementation of quality education and the cultivation of innovative talents are inseparable from this process. Especially in the classroom teaching of Chinese, interaction has a wealth of content and an important role. Therefore, we should start from our teachers and change the one-way teaching methods in the past and improve the teaching efficiency of Chinese classrooms.
