目的研究流程管理对脑卒中患者社区护理质量控制的影响。方法选择2015年8月-2016年8月广州市白云区均禾街社区卫生服务中心收治的脑卒中患者120例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规护理管理的方法进行护理,观察组患者采用流程管理的方法进行护理,对比两组患者护理后对疾病相关知识的了解程度,以及两组患者的满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者对疾病相关知识的总了解程度为91.67%,高于对照组的58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者的社区护理质量控制当中,采用流程管理的方法,能够取得更为理想的效果。
Objective To study the impact of process management on community nursing quality control in patients with stroke. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, 120 stroke patients admitted to Community Health Service Center, Jun He Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group . Patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing management. Patients in the observation group were treated by process management. The level of knowledge of disease-related knowledge and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing, the degree of total knowledge of disease-related knowledge in the observation group was 91.67%, which was higher than that in the control group (58.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% Group, 76.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Among the quality control of community nursing in patients with stroke, the method of process management can achieve more satisfactory results.
