一、选育经过扬麦4号原名9-10-8-3,是用南大2419,北京胜利和阿夫红壳选系三品种阶梯杂交法育成.南大2419具有一定的丰产性,但抗病性较差,春性强;北京胜利是冬性品种,在扬州抗病性和稳产性都表现较好,籽粒饱满,容重高,但穗型小,小穗结实性差.我们用南大2419为母本,北京胜利为父本进行杂交,以改进两亲本的缺点.杂种后代表现籽粒性状基本上倾向北京胜利,有的甚至超过亲本,
