2013年11月27日,国家自动衡器型式评价实验室(筹建)重点项目“自动衡器型评物料循环试验系统”验收会在德州基地顺利召开,专家组由中国计量科学研究院施昌彦研究员、中国衡器协会刘晓华理事长等六位专家组成,山东省计量科学研究院曹瑞基总工、姜延波院长助理、衡器计量部马堃主任、项目负责人鲁新光研究员等参加会议。专家组听取了项目负责人的报告,审阅了项目组提供的有关材料并观看了现场运行,经过质询和讨论,专家组一致认为提交的验收资料齐全、完整、规范,符合项目验收要求,该系统布局基
On November 27, 2013, the key project of National Automatic Weighing Apparatus Type Evaluation Laboratory (preparation) was successfully held in the base of Texas. The expert group was approved by Shi Changyan, researcher of China Institute of Metrology , China Weighing Association Liu Xiaohua, chairman and other six experts, Shandong Institute of Metrology Cao Ruiji, Jiang Yanbo chief assistant, weighing measurement department director Ma Kun, project leader Lu Xinguang researcher attended the meeting.
