目的探讨输尿管子宫内膜异位症的临床特点、诊断及治疗经验,以减少漏诊、误诊。方法回顾性分析7例误诊后经病理证实为输尿管子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料。结果 7例患者术前诊断为输尿管肿瘤5例,输尿管狭窄2例;均行手术治疗,术后病理检查证实为子宫内膜异位症,异位病灶均位于输尿管下段。结论输尿管子宫内膜异位症发病隐匿,表现缺乏特征性,加强认识及详细询问病史是避免误诊的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment experience of ureteral endometriosis in order to reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 7 cases of misdiagnosis after pathological confirmed as ureteral endometriosis in patients with clinical data. Results Seven patients were diagnosed as preoperative ureteral tumors in 5 cases and ureter stenosis in 2 cases. Surgical treatment was performed. Postoperative pathological examination confirmed endometriosis. Ectopic lesions were located in the lower ureter. Conclusion The incidence of ureteral endometriosis hiding, the lack of characteristic manifestations, to enhance understanding and detailed history is to avoid misdiagnosis of the key.
