中国知识分子收人低下已成为一个社会关注的热点。知识界的多次呼吁,国家当局的多次许诺,宏观政策上反复重申——要提高知识分子待遇,调动和发挥知识分子的积极性,加快中国经济发展的步伐。然从现实情况看,仍存在许多不尽如人意之处。我们认为,中国知识分子收人低下是各种因素综合作用的结果,应该冷静地、多方位地思考问题的症结。问题的解决方法蕴含于问题的揭示之中。本文斗胆提出一些自己的看法。
The low income of Chinese intellectuals has become a hot topic of social concern. The numerous appeals of the intellectual circles, the numerous promises of the state authorities and the repeated reiteration of the macro-policies must raise the treatment of intellectuals, mobilize and give play to the enthusiasm of intellectuals, and speed up the pace of China's economic development. However, from the actual situation, there are still many unsatisfactory. We think that the low income of Chinese intellectuals is the result of the combined effect of various factors and the crux of the issue should be calmly and multidimensally. The solution to the problem lies in the revealing of the problem. This article dares to put forward some own views.
