研究用复杂合金的高硅铝合金通过等温模锻法和在超塑性条件下模锻法制造内燃机活塞的可能性。现已表明,与铸造法相比,模锻法可显著提高活塞材料的性能,并且机械性能水平与原始组织和变形规范有关。列出了在焊接与等温模锻相结合时在环槽区内焊接层性能变化的数据,提出了制造双金属活塞和带陶瓷组分活塞的可能性。
The possibility of manufacturing high-silicon aluminum alloys with complex alloys by the isothermal die-casting method and the die-forging method under the superplasticity conditions was investigated. It has been shown that the die forging method can significantly improve the performance of the piston material as compared to the foundry method and that the level of mechanical properties is related to the original organization and deformation specifications. The data on the behavior of the weld layer in the ring groove area when welding is combined with isothermal forging are presented and the possibility of making bimetallic pistons and pistons with ceramic components is proposed.
