膝关节是人体中比较复杂的重要关节,它对维持人体在运动中的姿势平衡,承受较大的负荷以及完成各种复杂的舞蹈动作等都起积极的作用。膝关节在正常情况下其结构和机能是稳定的,这是因为膝关节内外含有各种稳定装置,因此,它不是摇摆不定的,并且有一定的活动范围。根据威廉姆斯(英)对关节活动范围的分类,膝关节也有三种活动范围,即正常活动范围、最大主动活动范围和最大被动活动范围。正常活动范围是指在一般日常生活中,膝关节活动所能达到的范围。膝关节的最大主动活动范围是
Knee joint is a complex and important joint in the human body. It plays a positive role in maintaining the human body’s posture balance during exercise, bearing a heavy load and accomplishing various complicated dance movements. The structure and function of the knee joint are stable under normal conditions. This is because the knee joint contains various stabilizers inside and outside it, so it is not oscillating and has a range of motion. According to Williams (UK) on the classification of the range of joint activities, the knee also has three range of activities, namely the normal range of activities, the maximum active range of activities and the maximum passive range of activities. Normal range of activity refers to the scope of knee activities that can be achieved in normal daily life. The maximum active knee range is
