自1995年由台湾学者郑伯埙为代表的学者提出家长式领导理论以来,对家长式领导的理论和实证研究在不断丰富。家长式领导根植于华人文化传统,相对于西方背景下的变革型领导等理论,家长式领导的提出为解释国内组织的领导行为开辟了新的视角。本文回顾了家长式领导理论的发展历程、结构维度、影响因素,并从个体、团队和组织层面梳理了当前学者们对家长式领导的效能研究,提出了现有研究的局限和对未来的研究展望。
Since the scholars represented by Taiwanese scholar Cheng Boweing put forward the theory of paternalistic leadership in 1995, theoretical and empirical research on paternalistic leadership has been continuously enriched. Patriarchal leadership is rooted in Chinese cultural traditions. Compared with the theory of transformational leadership in the western context, the proposal of paternalistic leadership opens up a new perspective for explaining the leading behavior of domestic organizations. This paper reviews the development process, structural dimensions and influencing factors of paternalistic leadership theory, and combs the current scholars’ research on the effectiveness of paternalistic leadership from the perspective of individuals, teams and organizations, puts forward the limits of existing research and studies on the future Outlook.
