目的:TGF-β的一个重要功能是抑制大多数上皮细胞的增生,这种细胞生长抑制作用的失调,可能与某些癌症的发生有关.调节细胞TGF-β的分泌与功能,可能有助于恶性肿瘤的预防与治疗。本文旨在研究动脉介入栓塞化疗术这种新的癌症治疗方法,其疗效是否与改变癌细胞TGF-β的分泌与功能有关。方法:采用免疫组化的方法,观察7例口腔鳞癌患者活检及介入栓塞化疗后癌TGF-β1的表达。结果:介入前癌细胞内TGF-β1为弱阳性表达,而正常口腔粘膜则为强阳性,介入化疗后,癌巢崩解,增生的纤维结缔组织包裹、机化崩解的癌巢,崩解的癌细胞内TGF-β1表达为强阳性。结论:动脉介入栓塞化疗术作为治疗癌症的一种方法,其疗效可能与刺激癌巢细胞分泌TGF-β有关,其机理有待进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: One of the important functions of TGF-β is to inhibit the proliferation of most epithelial cells. The deregulation of this cell growth inhibitory effect may be related to the occurrence of some cancers. Regulating the secretion and function of cell TGF-β may help the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors. This article aims to study arterial interventional embolization chemotherapy of this new cancer treatment, its efficacy is to change the secretion and function of TGF-β in cancer cells. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of TGF-β1 in 7 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma after biopsy and interventional chemotherapy. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 was weakly positive in the pre-interventional cancer cells, while the normal oral mucosa was strongly positive. After interventional chemotherapy, the cancer nests disintegrated, the fibrous connective tissue proliferated, the machine collapsed nests disintegrated Of TGF-β1 expression in cancer cells is strongly positive. Conclusion: Arterial embolization and chemoembolization as a method of treating cancer may be related to stimulating the secretion of TGF-β in cancer cells. The mechanism needs to be further studied.
