本文针对目前生产中广泛使用的方波脉冲电源电火花加工机床难于加工小孔,深孔的弱点,指出了采用超声电火花复合加工的工艺方法是提高这类机床精微加工生产率的有效途径。试验研究了方波脉冲电源复合加工的工艺规律,初步探讨了超声对电火花加工的作用机理,提出了窄脉宽等工艺参数的选取原则。在精微加工中,试验取得了提高生产率达20多倍的工艺效果。本文还提出,超声波装置以附件形式加到现有普通电火花加工机床上,有利于这项新工艺的推广。
In this paper, aiming at the weakness of the EDM machine tool widely used in the production of square wave pulse power source, it is pointed out that the ultrasonic EDM process is an effective way to improve the productivity of this type of machine tool. Experimental study of the square wave pulse power composite processing technology, the initial discussion of the ultrasonic EDM mechanism, proposed a narrow pulse width and other technical parameters of the selection principle. In the subtle machining, the test has been made to improve the productivity of more than 20 times the process effect. The paper also proposes that the ultrasonic device be added to the existing common EDM machine tool as an attachment to facilitate the popularization of this new process.
