通过计算机拟合软件分析了两种热轧碳素钢断后伸长率和试样尺寸之间的关系。结果表明,两种厚度的热轧碳素钢不同尺寸试样的lgs(s为应力)和lge(e为应变)之间呈良好的线性关系,并且两种厚度热轧碳素钢的断后伸长率和试样尺寸完全符合Oliver公式。
The relationship between the elongation after fracture and the sample size of the two hot-rolled carbon steels was analyzed by computer simulation software. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between lgs (s stress) and lge (e is strain) for two different thicknesses of hot-rolled carbon steel samples of different sizes, The length and sample size are exactly Oliver’s formula.
