地理标志是一项重要的知识产权,但我国的地理标志保护立法还很不完善。试在我国地理标志保护立法的历史回顾和现状分析之基础上,提出我国应采取专门立法的地理标志保护模式。
Geographical indications is an important intellectual property, but our country’s legislation on the protection of geographical indications is still not perfect. Based on the historical review and current situation analysis of the legislation on the protection of geographical indications in our country, this paper proposes that our country should adopt the special mode of geographical indication protection.
