医院管理干部制度改革的实践

结合近 5年医院改革和发展的实际 ,着重在医院管理干部的选拔、培养和使用做了一些新的尝试。在选人方式上突出公开化 ,育人途径上探索多样化 ,用人制度上强调柔性化。为医院管理人才资源的科学开发和合理配置 ,为全面推进医院干部人事制度改革 ,培养造就一支能够担当跨世纪重任的、高素质职业化医院管理人才队伍进行了积极探索 Combining the actualities of hospital reform and development in the past five years, some new attempts have been made to focus on the selection, cultivation, and use of hospital management cadres. In terms of the selection of people, we must be more open in public, educate people on ways to explore diversification, and employers should emphasize flexibility. To scientifically develop and rationally allocate human resources for hospital management, to promote the reform of the hospital cadre personnel system in an all-round way, and to cultivate and build a highly qualified professional hospital management team that can take on cross-century tasks.
