国际关贸总协定目前正在进行第八轮贸易谈判(亦称乌拉圭回合),与此同时,我国政府再度提出了恢复关贸总协定缔约国地位的申请。这两件事都将对中国汽车工业的发展产生深远的影响。
At the same time, the GATT is currently holding its eighth round of trade talks (also known as the Uruguay Round), at the same time my government has again submitted an application for the resumption of the status of a signatory to the GATT. Both of these things will have a profound impact on the development of China’s automobile industry.
