针对可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为机组控制时在电磁兼容标准等级上不够和功能上缺乏的缺陷,提出了基于高性能嵌入式系统设计的水电机组综合控制器取代PLC,提高了机组控制器的标准等级,并解决了采用PLC时通信协议不灵活、不能接入专用输入输出模块、系统设计复杂等问题,使水电机组控制器可灵活地接入各种智能设备、继电保护装置和专用自动装置,实现了采集数据的共享。该控制器还可灵活地扩展专用的输入输出模块,实现交流采集、灵活配置的顺序事件记录、温度巡检、机组自动准同期、人机交互、故障过程追忆等专用功能。对整个水电机组控制实现了优化,使系统具有设计简化、易于维护、投资节省等优点。
