目的:探讨硒对梗阻性黄疸肝细胞的保护作用。 方法:用大鼠制备成梗阻性黄疸动物模型,通过生化检测和电镜观察补硒大鼠肝功能变化和肝细胞超微结构改变。 结果:硒能明显降低梗阻性黄疸大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素及直接胆红素(P< 0.01),减轻肝细胞超微结构的损伤。 结论:硒对梗阻性黄疸肝细胞的结构和功能有一定的保护作用,是一种有应用前途的肝细胞保护剂。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of selenium on obstructive jaundice hepatocytes. Methods: Animal models of obstructive jaundice were made in rats. The changes of hepatic function and ultrastructure of hepatic cells were observed by biochemical tests and electron microscopy. Results Selenium could significantly decrease serum AST, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin in obstructive jaundice rats (P <0.01), and reduce the ultrastructural damage of hepatocytes. Conclusion: Selenium has certain protective effect on the structure and function of obstructive jaundice hepatocytes, which is a potential hepatoprotective agent.
